Homeschool Funding and School Purchases

Alder & Alouette is happy to work with families using charter school instructional funds, homeschool education savings accounts, and school purchasing programs.

Because eligibility and purchasing procedures vary by school, state, and individual item, please review the information for your program below before placing an order.

California Charter School Funds

We have experience fulfilling orders for families using California charter school instructional funds.

The exact process varies by charter school. If Alder & Alouette is not already listed in your school’s ordering portal, look for an option such as Other Product Vendor, Out-of-Network Vendor, or Request a New Vendor.

Your school may ask you to provide the product name, direct product link, quantity, and current price.

Once your request is approved, the school’s purchasing department may place the order directly with us using its billing and shipping information.

Arizona Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA)

Arizona ESA families manage scholarship funds through ClassWallet.

Alder & Alouette is in the process of registering as a direct-pay ClassWallet vendor. We will update this information once the registration is complete.  

Families may still have reimbursement options for eligible educational purchases made from vendors outside the ClassWallet marketplace.

Please confirm that your items qualify under current Arizona ESA guidelines and review any reimbursement requirements before purchasing.

Your Alder & Alouette order confirmation email includes the products purchased, quantities, prices, order date, billing and shipping information, and store information. If your program requests additional documentation, please get in touch and we're happy to provide that information.

Utah Fits All Scholarship

Utah Fits All families manage scholarship funds through Odyssey.

Alder & Alouette  is in the process of registering as an approved Odyssey Marketplace provider. Families may have reimbursement options for eligible purchases made outside the marketplace.

If you are considering using Utah Fits All funds for an Alder & Alouette purchase, we recommend confirming eligibility and reimbursement requirements with your program before ordering.

School & Classroom Purchases

Schools, charter schools, districts, teachers, and other educational organizations are welcome to purchase from Alder & Alouette.

If your purchasing department requires vendor setup paperwork, a W-9, purchase order information, or other documentation before placing an order, please contact us at info@alderandalouette.com.

Orders placed through our website include an itemized order confirmation showing the products purchased, quantities, prices, order date, billing and shipping information, and Alder & Alouette store information.

If your school requires something additional, just let us know.

Are All Products Eligible?

Not necessarily. Eligibility is determined by the individual school or funding program and may vary by item.

Alder & Alouette carries many materials commonly used for homeschool and classroom learning, including lesson books, art materials, handwork supplies, writing and drawing materials, educational books, educational games, and other school supplies and learning resources.

Your school or funding program makes the final determination about whether a particular purchase qualifies, so we recommend checking current program guidelines when you are unsure.
