As a small family business, our team works a combination of home and office schedules. Because of this, our office phone is not always staffed. The quickest way to reach us is by email or text message.

Business Hours (Pacific Time)

Our regular customer service and order processing hours are:

Monday–Thursday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: Limited Hours
Saturday & Sunday: Closed

As a small family business, we often work behind the scenes outside these hours. However, responses and order processing may be limited on Fridays, weekends, holidays, or during family and business commitments.

We are also closed on federal holidays and on additional dates announced on our website homepage, through our email newsletter, and on our social media accounts.

Additional Annual Closures

• Thanksgiving
• Christmas Eve through New Year's Day
• Approximately one week each year for inventory (typically December/January). Online orders may still be placed during this time.
