Several days after your order ships, you will receive an email inviting you to review one or more products from your order.

Please use the same email address you entered at checkout so the review system can verify your purchase. Your email address is used for verification and is not displayed publicly with your review.

Open the email and follow the link to submit your review.

The review invitation may not include every product from your order. If you would like to review a different item you purchased, please contact us and we will see what options are available.

Website, Packaging, and Customer Service Feedback

Our review system requires reviews to be submitted through the verified email invitation connected to your order.

To share feedback about our website, packaging, customer service, shipping experience, or overall experience, choose one of the products included in your review invitation. You may review the product itself and also include comments about your broader experience with Alder & Alouette.
