Collection: Cooking With Kids

Encouraging children to bake and cook is not only teaching them a life skill, but also lessons in measurement, geometry, equations, conversions, chemical reactions, heat transfer, reading and following directions in a sequence (just to name a few!). As educators, we are huge fans of getting children into the kitchen. 

In our Cooking with Kids section, we’ve placed some kitchen tools and references (cookbooks for kids!) that we feel are helpful to your little cooks.  From setting the table to baking or sautéing, children are eager to learn!

Our most popular cooking products for children are those made by Opinel in France, especially our Le Petit Chef’s Knife for Children with its finger guards. If we are sold out, be assured that more are on the way so check back but the shipment does take its time getting here!
